To enhance the capability of Cantt Board Havelian to do a better job and to focus its services, to assess and adjust its direction in response to a changing environment, and to ensure that its employees are working toward the same goals. In short, proper planning is a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, what it does, and why it does it, while keeping a constant focus on the future requirements and the Board will help to define the parameters by bringing along all the stake holders from Public, Defence and Govt side in order to streamline usual matters and to provide best services among people. The process of success should be broad and should be defined by its inclusiveness.
